Our house-made meals are thoughtfully designed by our Nutritionist and prepared by our Chef to bring you both flavour and nourishment. We cook traditional-style meals using quality local ingredients, then freeze them fresh — ready for you to simply reheat and enjoy.
Our range includes hearty mains, nourishing soups and sweet desserts — with options to suit everyone: meat, vegetarian, vegan and common dietary needs. At the Pantry, your wellbeing is important to us.
Frequently asked questions
Can I refreeze the meals once thawed?
No — once thawed, our meals should not be refrozen. Consume within 24 hours of thawing and store below 4°C.
What sizes are available?
Most mains come in Small (serves 1) or Large (serves 2). Soups and desserts are single serve. Sizes are shown on each product.
Is the packaging oven safe?
Yes — our eco-friendly sugarcane containers are oven safe to 200°C. Always remove the lid before reheating. The lid is not oven or microwave safe.
Do the meals contain allergens?
We cater for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan and no-onion dietary needs. Please contact us if you have specific allergen requirements.
How do I order and collect?
Order online via this page and pick up from our store at Shop 3, 57 First Avenue, Sawtell. We'll have your order ready for collection.
Do you offer NDIS or Aged Care meal options?
Yes — we offer nutritionist-designed frozen meals for NDIS participants and aged care recipients. Contact us to discuss your needs.
